Jaba, it's great to hear from you! Having your family there for loving and moral support is the best medicine! Those beautiful babies will be waiting for you when you get back to Florida in a couple months or so. (((Hugs)))

Last week was a hard week for some reason and not the most comfortable for sure. My kids were here and helped so much, I am really glad they came. It did help seeing these 2 little inspirations to kick this cancer to the curb . This is the start of week 3, I'm 1/3 done. Thank you again ladies for the beautiful blocks you are making for me, I truly appreciate it. It's not letting me load a pic
❤️ Thanks for taking a moment to check in. So glad you have the littles close by to give you strength and hope. They are a wonderful distraction from our circumstances. Keep on resting.

If you are referring to the one I made for Jaba, it is a dresden w/ pieced blades. A lot of the ones I make I make up.

This ones for Terri. I have been shopping twice to find a dark to go with the paisley. Ha. I was looking for browns for Kass & Joan in my stash and down underneath everything was this perfect fat quarter! Hope it works for you.[/QUOTE]

They have all gone home now, but I look forward to seeing them again in the fall. I'm hoping they will release me for Florida winter around the 20th of October. Later than usual but as long as we can go I'm good with that. We didn't buy a new house to only live in it for 5 months. These pics were taken last week. Myla, will be 2 in August, Bryson, 3 months being held by my grand daughter Monica.Name: myla 4th..2018.jpg

What beautiful grandchildren, Jaba! Can't believe Myla isn't even 2 yet and has that long hair! Wow. Bryson's hair, well... gave me a happy chuckle. So good they came to visit.

Janice - noticed you changed your avatar - really like it but not sure of meaning.
GramE and Kass - you both are creating great blocks. -I wanted to capitalize Creative because you both are so great at making each block so individual.
Jaba - love seeing pictures and what a blessing they are

Approx 2 months ago discovered cream cheese stuffed mushrooms at a Chinese rest. Fell in love they were so good returned paying way to much for lunch just to eat the mushrooms. Then googled recipes, looked easy enough made my own at home, oh wow just as good as the restaurant's. Decided to improvise my own recipe adding bacon, minced garlic, and pepper powder, oh and doubling the amount of parmesian cheese ................................... hot out of the oven moments ago ............................................... OMG so amazing, seriously ate so many I can't even breathe right now!!!!!

Good morning, Dunes. I'm doing some admin work and I'd like to confirm that joanelizbay, libster and sewbizgirl have completed all the blocks due for this group. Can you three confirm that?
