Good morning, Dunes. By my count, we've had about 100 beautiful blocks made for this group. Wow! I love the variety of blocks you're making. Thank you for putting so much effort into them.

I'm going to be unavailable for the rest of today until the 4th. Both my sons are coming in for a brief visit so I'll be spending all free time with them while I can. I'll catch up with you soon. Enjoy your Independence Day!

I was going to say I could never wait that long for my air to be fixed in the middle of the hot summer... then I noticed you will be away on vacation. Hope you are going somewhere you can keep cool! The heat has been brutal here. With such a hot June I'm wondering what July and August have in store for us... and even Sept. We have a looong summer here. No snow in the winter is great, but this is when we pay for it!

Sewbiz I have 2 fans blowing on me. Saturday it was 99 with a heat index of 108. Now and then we get that nasty heat in August for a day or two but in June that is unreal. Of course I broke out in a heat rash just to make me a little grumpier. It’s responding well to some tea tree oil.

Don’t usually buy a lot of quilting gizmos anymore but for my bday told hubby I was interested in the one of the wool felt ironing pads. Boy does it work nice

This block is for Biblistone and took pic b4 pressing

Stafar, Kass' block looks like a huge chocolate bar to go with my cup of coffee. Perfect friendship star for Cheesehead.

Way to go!

Libster, I've got to come over and have coffee with you!

Nice blocks, Stafar, GramE, Cheesehead and Terri! You ladies have had a busy block-building morning!
