Love this, Sewbiz! That sure is the perfect block to frame for Christmas.

Love that mini quilt with the tree, ladder, girl and star. Good idea to to make a wall hanging.

Just checking in with all of you, sorry it's been so long. My condolences and prayers are being sent, some of you have certainly been in my thoughts. Life gets pretty hard to take sometimes.
Since being in Florida, I've had to go through a battery of tests that have really taken a toll on my immune system. It's pretty much non existent at this point. I had a CT scan last week that actually left me weak in the knees and really ill from the fluid they have you drink. Now I have a cold and stomach flu that will not go away. They postponed the MRI until next Tuesday so hopefully I will be better. Not a good way to start the Florida season.
My other quilt is pieced and put together, just not enough energy to get it on the machine and quilted, soon I hope.

Jaba -- I sure hope you feel better soon. Stomach flu is rough on top of the head cold. At least you are in a warmer environment right now than Wyoming. Maybe some of the chicken bone broth will help? Pour it out of the box and sip on it when you can. It is really bland but loaded with healing nutrients. Great when you don't want to cook but know you need to get some nutrition in. Hugs and prayers to heal soon!

I have found with the Accuquilt Go it is how you place the fabric. If it pulls at all or the grain is off, it will not be accurate size. I finally have it down and can make an accurate 12.5 block. I love the CUBE mix and match.

Jaba, hugs and prayers to you. Hope you feel better.

Oh, that's interesting and makes sense!

Jaba, sounds like you need some rest time. Bad time to be sick... right when you want to spend time with the little ones. Pray you are up to 100% soon.

Here is the first of three Christmas quilts I am making with my Waves blocks, plus the Christmas blocks that Hav4 gave to me. You ladies did a great job on the blocks! Check out my holly leaf sashings and border... woo hoo! Experimenting.
