I couldn’t manage to do anything Boom related today. I did cry once but I don’t think I’m done yet. I’ll try to catch up with posts and Blocks tomorrow.

Well, y'all can add me to the cry list too. I'm still leaking. I did what Kass did, sewed and thought of the happy loving person she was to all of us. We've lost some well loved Boom sisters here over time, but Joan seems to be effecting me more than any other we've lost. I guess because she's always been here as long as I've been part of this group.
Sew on, my friend, sew on. You are sorely missed.

I love the blocks posted today! Such talented quilters! Pam, I love the jar idea! I hope you don't mind if I copy

Lstew - when I first saw your blocks I thought Kassandra made them! Now that is the best compliment I can give.

Yesterday I did get two more done. Snow plow finally came and gave us one lane! I laughed when pick ups were coming from two directions and watching who would do what!
NanaKathy - wasn't sure about your fabric until I found the perfect match for it. Thankfully your fabric was forgiving when I had to piece together one of the pieces!
Marci - this went together unbelievable easy. Every now and then it just works.

Dear Boom Community,
I'm so sorry for your loss of Joanelizbay. While I didn't know her, it is clear she was loved and respected in this community.

Such beautiful blocks Travelinggramma! Do you use patterns or just design them as you go?

This block is for jaynew.
The teal one is from your fabric and the green is a practice one I made. It has an error in the corner but if you like, I can send.
I hope you like it.

Vikkim, great blocks.

I did not know Joan very well, But I can tell she meant a lot to her boom family. Her quilting gifts wrapped all in her love.

These are great! Will you show me how to do this? Perfect stained glass look!
