Great finish, Julia!

We don't mail until Janice gives us the go-ahead. She likes to be sure she is home when the packages start arriving. It will probably be a little while.

I've been MIA the last few days...nothing bad going on just busy with day-to-day life. I am loving all of the blocks you ladies are posting! Finally was able to start a block last night...and after work today I'll pull out the ripper for it...tone on tone fabric is great...providing you don't piece the center part wrong side up!! Oh well, these things happen

Wanted to tell Smglover, sewbizgirl, jaba and Libster I love the blocks you have done for me! The colors and patterns are wonderful! Thank you, thank you, and thanks a bunch more!

Hope those of you having health or accident problems recover quickly. Everyone have a fabulous weekend!

Here are my last to blocks for smglover207 and Libster. Please keep in mind mo photos are not all that accurate or colors but they are right in real life!

Now it is back to the quilt I was working on before these beautiful fabrics found their way into my sewing studio.

Love my block! Thank you so much. We don't mail until Janice gives us the dates to do it. Sewbiz is right, Janice wants to be sure she's home to get our packages. Her neighbor took one in once and forgot she had it for a while. Talk about upset when the P.O. said it had been delivered, but it wasn't there! She does everything she can to keep our goodies safe.

Libster thank you for such a pretty block, I like the touch of white.

Juliasb, thank you for making me a lovely block. Even if the color didn’t photograph well, I think this may be a pink I can appreciate.

It will be a quilt for my daughter so she picked the boom fabric herself. I like bright batiks, but I am a cool colors person, so yellow and orange are not my go to colors. Last night I showed her the blocks that all of you had made, and she was so excited!

Not quite being sure what to ask for in my first boom, I said TOT or solid pink, yellow and orange. I think I included white, too. I’m sorry for those who didn’t get my paper with this information. I thought I had checked all the bags but I missed a couple.

Pretty discs, Kass. I guess the fabric hasn’t been invented yet, that you can’t stack and whack!

Kassandra the block is lovely. This quilt will be a wonderful one. It is going to my MIL for christmas. When I saw the last quilt I made her, the batting had shifted and bunched in lots of places. That was before I learned to fmq. The label on the back said I did it in 2003. I figure it was time for a new one.

This one is for Kassaundra. Cattails and lily pads. It’s a landing pad so Kassaundra can applique a few of those frogs on it.
