I still have some if you still need it. Send me a PM with your address and I'll pop it in the mail.

TE=mjpEncinitas;8316529]Help! Well this was supposed to be a surprise but I sometimes make Janice a block with all the fabrics from the Boom. I got ready to do it and I realized I had only very small scraps left from Jaba's fabric. Does anyone have two 2 1/2 " squares of Jaba's fabric left that they would be willing to mail to me ASAP? PM me if you do. I've got it all cut out and ready to go.
I'm going to use some frog fabric I had for Kass's fabric.
Happily our beam had about an even number of lights and darks. I'm going to make the same block I made for Libster.
Thanks,
MJ
And, after finishing my blocks I allowed myself to work on blocks for my Christmas quilt. I've decided it will be 5 x 5 blocks - so I needed to make a few more to add to the Boom blocks. I'm so excited to see all the blocks together! Janice you don't need to add these to the gallery, I just wanted to share.
This block is from my book Around the Block by Judy Hopkins. After I sent out my Boom fabric I found this 12 Days of Christmas pattern fabric fat quarter in the back of a quilt shop. I LOVED it and had to figure a way to get all 12 rows in! This pattern worked perfectly.

Also from the Around the Block book - an Ohio Star to show off the scenic Christmas picture.

This Holly block is from SewFreshQuilts owner Lorna McMahon and was part of her Have A Jolly Little Christmas Quilt Along

This block was designed by Slice of Pi Quilts' Laura Piland and is aptly named Santa's Belt

Moda Bake Shop featured this block designed by Sharla Krenzel of Thistle Thicket Studio and is named Oh 'Lil Christmas Tree.

And this Wreath Block was part of InspiredbyFabric Silent Night Block Sampler. I love this fabric with the gold toned pine cones.

Hello out there - Even though I am working on three quilts, I couldn't help myself to throw together a simple dress for my 5yr old GD. It came out larger than expected and I finally figured it out. Do you know how hard it is to sew a 5/8" seam when you have been really trying to keep a scant 1/4"!!! She loved it because I put pockets on it - and added a handkerchief to go in the pocket!!
Time to work on another dress with 5/8" ---

WOW, Kass. Looking good

Hubby update: He is doing well. His home therapy visits are done and he starts outpatient therapy on Thursday. Doctor said he could start walking with just a cane, instead of a walker, as soon as he felt comfortable with it.
Janice, I have over half my blocks done and my goal is to finish piecing them by the end of October.
My first block is for Annt59:
