I have not, but your fall colors are beautiful! The simplest, non-creative, option I can think of would be to use cornerstones to break up the corners or jsut put the braid on 2 sides and a plain border on the opposite sides.

The quilt I made had a larger bargello type braid down the middle, so I put the braid border only on the two long sides and put a plain border top and bottom.

My blocks went out in the mail today! Apparently everyone around me has decided that Covid19 no longer exists and is going out and committing crimes so my criminal defense practice has picked up significantly in the last week. It's amazing how nice weather brings people out and they don't always make good choices. I left my receipt in the car, but if you need the tracking number just let me know!

Woo hoo! The tracking number has already shown up in my account. That was faster than usual so I'm all set. Thank you!

Update! One more in transit and one to go. Woo hoo! If everything comes in early, I'll ship early. I've begun sorting the packages out so it won't take me long when the last one comes in. Very pretty blocks, Boomers. Very.

Mona do you remember the name of the block you did for Biblistone? I would like to do something like that for a quilt.

I guess a quarantine is good for getting blocks done early!

Thank thank you Janice for taking the time to do the pictures for me. I have them taken but I just can't figure out how to get them the right size to load. And you're welcome I thought that fit your your fabric very well.
