I like the Harry Potter PPings, but they are so complex! I think, beyond my skill level…
Here is a PP star (more my speed) for WMUTeach. It was fun to play with the vintage fabric.

Since I was working with Lstew’s HP fabric yesterday, I went ahead and made my second block this morning for her rather than put it away. I found it very challenging to use the big emblems.

Sbg, love your block for WMUteach. Such a pretty paper pieced star.

Terrific star SBG! I look forward to putting it into my quilt. It may be a gift for a nephew. Humm. Shall see.

The Harry Potter block is perfect, I love it.

Glad you all liked the Castle Garden block! It’s from Once More Around the Block by Judy Hopkins. That’s the third ‘Around the Block’ book. Some of you probably have it.

I was bored with all the blocks I usually make and thought I’d try the hardest block in the book, for a challenge, LOL. I won’t be making that one too often.

Whew! We are off to a great start, don’t ya think?

This is an HP block for Lstew2212:
Thank you for my block, it looks great

Thank you for this link, I have looked for blocks in the past and have never run across this site.

Thank you for the perfect block again. I love it.

The blocks posted so far are fantastic, the PP ones are exceptional. I like PP'ing but not with the fat 8ths used for this group. I tend to waste a lot of fabric when I PP. I would definitely run out before the block is finished.

Could someone check their notes and tell me what Macybaby wanted with her red and blue calico print? Mine had a blank note in it. Thanks!

Libster Cheesehead, Sewbiz and Janice. Beautiful blocks, love the colors you have all chosen

Sewbiz, Macy didn’t add directions on the red and blue calico.

My one block today is for Susie Q

SewBiz - I would love to hear how you uploaded your blocks from iPhone. PM if you can

Terrismn love my blue Dutchman block

i had to Google the bungee chair. I would never have thought it would be supportive. How easy is it to get off? Guess I will have to find one and sit in it! When in stick built house I have a secretary chair - no arms, up/down depending on table and very supportive for back. In RV I don’t have any good chair but make do.

The Harry Potter blocks are looking great! That’s going to be an awesome quilt.

Here are some more I made today. First is a Tula block for Hav’s doggie quilt, and second is a rosebud block for Macybaby’s bud fabric.
