Who will be first? Is a challenging question to ask one who feels like she is in the starting gate of the horse race! 😂

Mine also arrived early and it only took three times of counting to get 19 bags 🥺

Can you believe this is the 232 post and we are just getting started!!
I had to do Nelco 's patriotic first - using the same patterns I did for myself!
Nelco - I am not sure what you meant by not trimming.

My package has left Indianapolis and went past my town to land in Grand Rapids an hour away but is still schedule for delivery today! It makes me giggle at how many extra miles a package travels to get to its destination. Won't be working on blocks until Sunday afternoon and then likely again on Monday. Let's see how many per week should I make to be finished on time? Looks like two per week. That is so doable!

TG- not to be rude but want to make sure all blocks are the same size since I'm making the quilt for Quilts of Valor 🇺🇸

Oh no! I’m here making her block and she beats me to the finish line! Great blocks TG.
I hope this works for you.

That shadow is my head blocking the ceiling light!

Nelco, all blocks are required to be 12-1/2 inches square. No smaller, no larger. No trimming will need to be done if blocks are made to size.

Reminder for everyone, please make your blocks to size, 12-1/2 inches square and use an acrylic square to check each one. Do not use the lines on your cutting mat or a tape measure. You will not get good results.

TG and GramE, nice blocks! I like the slightly wonky set Beacon Star... or is it just the way the picture captured it? Gives me ideas...

Nelco, I also was puzzled by your request not to trim your blocks... Mine will all go out at 12.5" square.

We finally got some of the rain we have been needing. Everything has perked back up.
