It is a Double Z, and I did find it on Quilter's Cache. After it was completely done I noticed it was 16 inches so I cut it down. I was pretty upset about this, but it turned out nice anyway. Except for the little white spot in the corner, I really like it this way.[/quote]

Ok here are my first 7 blocks together. I sent out two different fabrics.....mostly the small black and white floral, and a purple rose with black bg.

the top 6 are with the black and white fab, the bottom from the purple.

Thanks ladies for the info on the double Z. I like it both the 16 inch way and the cut version, but the fact that she trimmed it was obviously why I couldn't find it in my pattern book. I think I might try it out. I get so many ideas looking at all the blocks that have been sent out.

I just found out this morning that my youngest son (20) is getting married on the 30th of Oct!! WOW, talk about surprised, and guess what he wants for a wedding gift? So I am going to have to try to get a quilt top done for him and get it out to be quilted in the next week. Oh and did I mention that I have 7, count them, 7 classes this semester!! Kids...got to love them!!

Ok here are the grown up blocks, I can't remember if I posted the beauty from Megsann so I will show it, the 2nd one is from missgigglewings, I love the colors, and the circles are from jupiter, it is sew cool. Thank you every one, this is going to be the coolest quilt ever.

They are all wonderful blocks, they will add a lot to your quilt. Jupiter you really have a way with circles.
