Daisey - I honestly have to say that this is one of the BEST swaps I've ever been in and done (and I've done a lot of swapping) It is a ton of fun, and it does add up with postage, but in the end it's about as much as I would have spent making a queen size top on my own.

My advise is to be careful or the recipient may have to pay the difference for you if you are short. My husband has to collect from people alot. I ironed mine very flat and it still made it barely through the slot... so it cost me 64 cents but the po both of them I went to said it could have very easily been 88 cents..So please think twice before sending with one stamp. I also sent mine today to everyone including canadas and australia
This will be fun cant wait to see everyones fabrics.
Wow - and I took mine to the PO, and mine told me that if it fit through the slot it was one stamp.

Anyway - if I owe anyone money for postage due, just let me know. I just did what my PO said was OK.
mine said i stamp also hope that is correct if not let me know if i owe anyone any money but i ask the girl if she was sure and she said yes

I have done several of these swaps and like I said, the people at the PO are looney tunes. I have gotten some with postage due that I could not figure out why. I just pay it because I will get another envelope in the same mailing looks the same and no postage due. I blame the PO not the person who sends it. I am just happy to get it. I don't think there is any way to truly figure it out so I quit trying.

PokerDiva - looneytunes is right. three different people, three different answers. And I talked to my neighbor (a postman) and he was like, "no, those are 64 cents each" so much for my scale and the cardboard slot that someone made last swap.
