wow such pretty blocks that came in! I can see the vision. Marybeth I havent got fabric from those also and i think we are not the only ones.. maybe they just decided to not play? would be nice to know all in all.

I sent a block to April, fun heart and a card too. i did not sign the block as well, I dont have any fabric pens and I dont think a sharpy is the best next choice. It was like making a valentine, a grand idea Charlottemarie!
Congratulations on winning all those ribbons quiltermomma, I bet you are very proud and should rightly be so. What a rush. I think also those bandstand squashers of fun need a life. Sheesh. sit down? give it up cowboy nice try.
Raiders fans here, though truth betold its by association. Needless to say we were not jumping up and down with joy tonight. Where is baseball when you need a team pick up? sheesh twice.
dinner was delicious tomorrows will be also extremely good. Jaba your chair awaits you. Wonderful beans and hamhocks.. truly good the store here has a real butcher, you pick your own food before its wrapped.. first class all the way. Those hamhocks have an amazing amount of meat on them, three beans, basmati rice and a cool salad with pears, pecans and feta cheese.. rice wine vinegar. Taking orders now, just submit them to yourcookingtoomuchfood.com that the kids wont eat because there is vegetables in it.. argh. oh oh made a head of roasted garlic tonight, french bread and baked brie to go with it, well no left overs there.. so sweet that garlic was.. yum. tomorrow also is roasted eggplant with carmalized onions on french bread with feta also.. no left overs and that poor boyfriend can starve get em hungry enough it might sound good. doesnt eat vegetables in my house? joke right?

I just wanted to let you know.
Which means of course (banging her head against a wall repeatedly) that Mosher92 got yours! They were the only 2 that went out that day. Sorry, ladies. I blame DH, of course, he was probably begging for his dinner or something and distracted me. Let me know the postage and I will reimburse you both.
Glad that missing f8 showed up, little devil. Was it at least looking guilty?
Quiltermomma, you are my hero. I can't even get up the courage to consider entering one of my projects into a public area.
I took a couple days off from sewing and did some much-needed yard work. I did get a heart done for April, though. Back to the machine today.
Received an f8 from Daisey, and a beautiful grownup block fromLinda58. Thank you both!

Since fewer blocks, was thinking 2 1/2 inch sashing.... I can post what I have and see what you think....
If you put your quilt blocks on point with a secondary design of an hour glass it will definitely be big enough. that is what I am doing with mine because I did a small boom 7 swap. With 16 blocks, 4 x 4, and then being on point, I get a 70 x 70 size. I don't have it accessible right now, but it is an option for you to do.

look at the bottom of quick reply, see go advance? this is where you upload pics to post in the forum. In your profile page there is a place you can add albums also. if you add an album say boom 8 diamonds title, then you can add pics to this folder its pretty simple This way if someone misses your post they can check your album for photos too. upload pics of waht you sent and what you got for everyone.. its fun to see what your quilt is turning out like in advance

I you have enough material you could make another border, just like the one you have now that goes between the block rows and then add a solid black 1 in there too just to put between the 2 or if you don't have more of that fabric add a black row and a light blue row between each one with the border you've already made and then around the outside. This would give you added length and width either way. It turned out really nice in the 2 color scheme.
