I have found the greatest tool ever for this block swap:

http://nixiechicks.com/index.php?cPath=37

quick and easy block reference tool, gives patterns for about 100 blocks and the rotary cutting directions for 5 sizes of blocks

go to nixie chicks and check out their 99 cent fat quarters too!

Sharon and her mom run this little store and give fantastic service. She doesn't carry a lot of stock, but it changes daily and sells fast because of her cheap prices.

I got three fantastic blocks last night. I LOVE 'EM And I have about 20 to sew. I have to paint my new bay window this week so I can get blinds put up, so there is a delay on my end, but I'm thinking of patterns for the great fabric you've sent. Now, I may have got the donors of two of these blocks mixed up. I just had the photos taken, the doorbell rang, and the labels got mixed up. So, sorry if I didn't give the corredt credit.

Thanx for the info - I ordered one tonite (of course I had to spend $20 so I could avoid the $10 shipping - is that saving?).

I received f8 from janecat along with my FIRST block! I love it! As her prize I sat right down and made her block and it will go out tomorrow along with blocks for blueribbontoes, buddy'smom, colletakey, gigix12, sarasewing, and wine women. You were really a line jumper on this one, janecat.

Well, I have all my envelopes addressed, and half the material cut, will mail out tomorrow. Also 4 blocks finished and they will be on their way to their new homes. These are so much fun to open. And then find something to go with them. Each one is a different challenge. and I have made a different block with each so far.
If you want a great book, : 365 Fun To Stitch QUILT BLOCKS, Printed in 2002 from House of White Birches. They are all 12.5 blocks. I have had it since it was first published, and one of my favorite books. There are blocks in this book that I have never seen anywhere else. And some of them are beyond my ability

Great new blocks!

No April, we are flatlanders and our surrounding area gets flooded real easy. We sit high and dry but going anywhere requires ducky feet. Splish Splosh.
