Dear Deb Watkins, Your Clay's Choice is the best looking and best constructed that I've seen I was a quilting instructor at four different local quilt shops for 10 years and taught a lot of samplers, including Clay's Choice, so I feel I speak with some authority. And you're right, the "cream" has enough raspberry in it to contrast with the rest of the reds. Good job!

this is my quilt block called Anvil. However I'm getting frustrated cause I measure every piece accurately to include the 1/4" foot. This came out 12" instead of 12 1/2". Can anyone give me feedback what I am not doing right?

Try using a "scant" 1/4" seam. Yeah, I know -- what's a scant 1/4" seam? I don't know -- someplace between 1/4" and 1/8"

I was going to say the same thing as Sewjoyce. The scant 1/4" is just a few threads less than a full 1/4". Let me tell you that it can make a huge difference.
And I forgot to say how much I love your fabric and pattern.
