I to received a set of these, I don't have my camara back so I can at least show you guys this set. I cant figure out how to take pics on my phone and post, maybe my son can help.Thank you NATTODDBOYD there beautiful
Got here a little late tonight....and spent some time catching up and oogling all the adorable ornaments - many of which i've not seen before - and plan to describe in detail in my notebook for future reference.
Hope y'all won't mind if i post my pictures separately - as i want to give everyone their proper thank you. This embroidered gingerbread man and snowman came half way round the world from Nattoddboyd in Western Australia. Thanks you SO VERY MUCH --- they are just too cute for words. I laid them on the dark fabric so they would show up well.

This is the wonderful package I received from CookyIN. Thank you, CookyIN! The ornament has my favorite bird in the center, a cardinal. Love cardinals. She also added 2 FQs, one green & one in red (love FQs), 2 packets of hot chocolate (love hot chocolate), a notepad & stickies inside a cover (upper left) that says "quilt happy" (so true), & Ghirardelli chocolates (yum!). And a delightful Christmas card. I feel like one lucky lady here. And very spoiled. Thank you so very much, Cooky!

Good morning all. Loving all the ornaments that have been flying around to new homes. Giving me some ideas for next year. I have been reading through all the post and I havent seen any suggestions for new swaps. I know some of you have some ideas so let me have it. I am thinking having the next one for Valentines Day so will be posting right after Christmas, so lets start with that. What would you like to be making and swapping? Heading out to Church before long for the kids Christmas program. Will check in later.

Well, I got one photo uploaded but still having trouble with the photo of the second package I received. I finallly figured out what I was doing in terms of downloading photos into my computer after the upgrade (entirely my fault, must not have been thinking clearly last night, & fortunately figured it out before I called Apple!), but I have to say, downloading onto this site has always been a challenge to me. I'll keep trying. I think it must be my computer, since this always happens (can't be me, right?!).
MaterialGirl, you have my sympathy. Been there, done that, worn the t-shirt. Unfortunately, my kids don't live anywhere near me -- they're the computer-literate ones!

Still having trouble downloading, but I keep trying.
Michelle, I was thinking about a Christmas ornament swap in April. Hopefully that's a time of less stress so maybe more people will participate? Just a thought. We could probably get in 3 Christmas ornament swaps per year -- just think how our ornament collections will grow! April, July & November?
Anybody game for additional Christmas ornament swaps?
