Please remember to leave honest feedback for your swap partners. It will help a lot in next year's swap.

My new avatar picture is of the Batting doll collection I have made over the past two years. I share this hobby with a friend and we have occasional days where we sit, chat and make the batting dolls. They are very time intensive as they take quite a few hours to make one and they are totally hand stitched, no patterns, we just make as we go. I feel I have improved from the first two I made which look a little thin on it.

The old fashioned Santa is the last one I made. this is the first time I have hung them up at Christmas time, these dolls were hung on Christmas trees during the Victorian era.

Thank you, I just love making them. They start off as a pipe cleaner armature, padded with quilt wadding to make the body, scarp card face and then you make the clothing from felt or wadding. You can dye the wadding if desired. Lots of ideas on Pintrest for these dolls.
