first off, there aren't as many beginner/intermediate triangles and then many of them will have applique or set in seams.
i haven't studied all the triangles but i think there's about 20 triangles that intermediate people can do. most of them would be best if paper pieced which might knock some people out of the swap.

Ok I had to try one, have to say, I don't think I could make alot of these blocks, this one didn't turn out bad except I couldn't get the last little point in place?? I took a picture of it just sitting on the block, but if I applique it on, the points should be in the seam and not on top, I may just have to leave it off, what do ya's think? I did it in my 30's so if I do the sew along it won't go to watse.

I doubt that I'll do the triangle swap...I think the those will be really time consuming and hard to do..so I will be keeping my meager efforts to accomplish the triangles for my own DJ in the cyber sew. I might rethink it, but for right now...thats my thought on it.
