Ladies Thank you for making cards for the soldiers in Walter Reed Army Medical Center, I know from experience that it is nice to receive well wishes and holiday greetings. The personnel at the Hospital will collect all the cards from the post office and then they will walk around to the Soldiers rooms and pass the cards out to the Soldiers. Thank you to all of you who send cards.

Ladies, how are yall doing with your Christmas/Winter postcards. There is 7 more days till the deadline. Please, bear in mind that it is taking longer for mail delivery. I mailed my partners and my side partners postcards off almost a week ago. And, I have been tracking them. And, they are still saying in transit. And, yet, I mailed the ones off to my DD and grandkids the day after and they already have theirs. So, mailing off sooner would be better if you want them to have it before Christmas. And, I know the later it gets, you will be trying to finish off Christmas presents for family and friends. So, would love to hear of everyone mailing off soon.

Dotty, that's awesome!! I too am working on my cards for the vets as well today. I don't have anything ready yet to share. But, maybe later.
This is also a good project to get your grandkids to help with. They can use cardstock and crayons and glue and what not. Whatever is age appropriate for them.
