You 2 have great plans this weekend! Hope your weather cooperates! C, I do love camping in bad weather tho, for the exact reason you stated - curl up inside w/a book, scrabble or even a nap!! Great way to spend a chilly wet weekend!!

And A- I can smell the apples from here! (in my head, lol) Don't you just LOVE fall!!!

My adventure in Camping.Had a great time on Sat. woke-up Sun at 4am itching, had no benadryl so waited till store opened at 8,got benadryl and took 100mg.Whelps developed, drove home took more meds, waited 1 hour went to urgent care clinic who put me in an ambulance and sent me to ER.I was admitted to hosp. after 4hr. in ER,multiple injections,resp.treatments. and then admitted to hosp.I just got home a couple hours ago.Don't know if I was bite by a spider or what. Now I have to carry a Epi. pin.So I am off work for a few day till these whelps are gone and I am not so gorked on meds.I guess the upside is I can sew if I can see straight.Love what you did to the center Kathie!

SO sorry your camping experience ended in such a painful inconvenient - & NO fun! - way!! Bummer! You are a 'half-glass-ful' gal if you are hoping to sew! Here's hoping you CAN see clearly & enjoy all your time off making beauty in your sewing room!!

If I were to ever go camping I would sleep in one of those campers after spraying it with bug spray bomb. lol or better yet go to a hotel. feel better my friend. sorry to hear of your misfortune.

My adventure continue...Back to ER at 4;30am with problems breathing.Gave me lots of IV meds and wanted to admit me but I talked the Dr. out of it since I am a RN and my husband was a paramedic the Dr. let me go home but he left the IV in my right hand in case of an emergency so I can't sew. They have dx. me with idiopathic angina edema , which means in layman terms we don't know why you are swelling up like a blow fish,so the adventure continues..

Oh, Cindy - how awful! It is maddening when they don't know. Hopefully things will take a turn soon, & you will get better!! Take extra good care of yourself --- sounds like you are in capable, loving hands ;-)
