That's too wild! I try not to partner people up together too soon, but apparently I missed this one. But you both got great mug rugs, so I think it worked out! Love that fabric.

When I got home today this package was waiting for me. I just love everything and what a great idea for paper piecing the mug rug, really different. And what a nice surprise with the extras. How cute is the card with little kitty on it. Thank you Irene C.

Feb mug rug
I see that SMR {Susan} received on Monday the mug rug that I sent. She might not be able to post a pic, so here is one that I took. The little bag's closure is made from a metal tape measure.

Pat -- Irene did a great job on that unusual mug rug! Talk about outside-the-box, huh? The extra goodies are so nice, too!
regm -- the mug rug you made for SMR is a real delight; I love it! I love anything with words or sayings ... it's a definite weakness of mine! You did a great job on that & the little snap bag. (I have to figure out how to make one!)

I'm happy you liked Pat. This was my first attempt at English Paper Piecing, not as easy as I thought. The pattern "Roving Ring" was on a you tube video, mine is smaller and doesn't quite look like thiers. Ooops I just noticed the blue thread, it was suppose to be the green one.
Todays mugs rugs are lovely, everyone's done a lovely job.
