Sorry to interrupt, I wondered what visaflex was. After some research, I found that it is an Australian paper-backed interfacing. It is also known as visoflex and Vliesofix. Probably comparable to Wonder Under.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled swap .

Thanks R-sea and OurWorkbench. I love learning about others' technique and new-to-me products.
I joined this group hesitantly a while back, not too sure about making quilted postcards. I have thoroughly enjoyed making them and the great collection of those received. Thanks everyone!

Blueridgebeverly, I meant to tell you that I mailed your card on Friday the 12th. Hopefully you should receive it on Wednesday 17th.

Things have settled a bit in my life, well for now at least, so hopefully I can join you again for next months challenges. For those that were interested in my shaker card and the edge finish I used, I'd be happy to explain them if this would be helpful to anyone. Post cards are like small art projects for me. A place to try new techniques or products without wasting too much fabric or time. Although some of my post cards do end up taking alot of time to work out the details:-) I just consider it exercising my brain and a good way to relieve stress or blow out some cobwebs.

Lena1952, you have said the exact reason why I like the post card swap. They say if you don't use the brain you will loose it . I haven't got enough to loose any

Queenbarbie, your postcard arrived today. Thank you! February baby, right? Thank you also for the pretty cut of fabric you included. That was so nice!

I’m glad it arrived quickly. I enjoyed making it. A little boat on a stormy day.

I also forgot to say I mailed out my card on Friday Feb 12, to R~Sea. Things around here have been crazy as I know for most others with the weather. We finally got our power back late last night after 3 or 4 days without, still no water but hoping soon !!
