Hehe …. One of those builders is on their way over to help you construct some houses …… you know you want to!!! :)

Remember everyone, feel free to share ideas, but also feel free to borrow them!! There’s no saying we can’t have two sets of "House flies" or "House of Blues" or "Travelocity" or whatever … There will be so many sets made, that repeats may be a good thing actually. Plus if two different people do the same idea they’ll look totally different anyway!! I just don’t want anyone to be down on themselves and say “Why didn’t I think of that” …. This should be fun!!! And you don’t have to do anything fancy either, not all houses on the block have to be nutty, a striped house with a polka dot roof is just as funky as anything else. :) But I am loving all these great ideas so far, it has really got my wheels turning!!!

Cheers!

That's what we're here for.
Always remember:
A friend will warn you before you do something you shouldn't or that's dangerous.
A TRUE friend will be sitting in jail beside you saying, "Sheww, that was a BLAST!!!"

Oh Rachel, I didn't mean that I was definitely going to make all those, just that they were thoughts buzzing in my head. And to everyone else, feel free to use them or to use them as spring boards to bounce to new and better ideas. If we all keep bouncing ideas off each other the sky's the limit, the world is our oyster---grab all the 'pearls' you can!!!!

Nope it’s in writing now, you have to make them all :) :) …. Just kidding of course!! I know you probably have a life, and you have some hungry men there to feed too … :)

Well, one thing is for certain. Even people that have known me all my life are never 100% sure just what I'll do. I might do them all then again I might not. Either way, we'll have fun.

The blocks are really cool! And that fabric!!! WOW!! I do agree that a medallion with the construction workers would be totally awesome!!!

I was thinking of a castle and maybe a farm house....well not so sure now...we'll see!!

Personally I would LOVE to get a farm house or a castle block back from the swap. Go for it, they'll be great.

I have GOT to get off here and get something done. I have a BOM and Thangles meetings Saturday and haven't even cut my fabric yet. I've also got to get that housecoat done for my sis.
