A big thumbs up to those that have pitched in at the last minute.

(We really would have survived with just the ones that came in)

And for the ones that weren't sent - explanations would be helpful.

Sometimes things happen - the best laid plans of mice and men - etc etc.

And sometimes people just don't follow through. Boo to them.

Same here...mine will likely have to wait until at least end of February before I can start sewing again. I had a box of quilt books in my mailbox yesterday...lots of dreaming and planning to be done while the hand is in a cast!!! :D

Pzazz That's making lemons out of lemonade :D If it's not your writing hand in the cast then maybe you can do draft paper designs and if it is--get the mini post it notes out and mark those pages of quilts you do like. Pleasant dreams :D

Trying to keep it in the lemonade category. (planning, dreaming, etc....) And yes, it IS my dominant hand. Once I get enough rehab on that one, I get to do it all over with the other hand!!! (I just bought several pr of elastic waist pants. LOL) I should be able to do some piecing when the left hand is done. My plan is to have some bits cut out before all this starts.

Glad you asked! The swap is coming along nicely. I'm still waiting on two packages, but I decided to start sorting today. I'm hoping to have them in the mail back to everyone in the next day or so.

Thank you to everyone who sent a few extras! They're coming in very handy as some of the packages were a bit short.
