I have a question. I was in the last swap and am collecting squares for a 2 yo girl and an 8 yo boy. Many of the squares I received, aren't suitable for these particular two children, so is it permissible to send back those squares, in hopes of obtaining more suitable ones?

I did not participate in the previous swap but have done several in the past and am following this one in hopes of joining. What kind of squares are you wanting? I just did an I Spy for a 2 year old girl, her language is limited at this time nut she had a good time sitting with her Father and if she couldn't identify the picture, he did......is a good for building vocabulary. or Do are you working on a theme?

It's just that I received a lot of squares I won't be using (I swapped 6 sets). Some are too young (more for a baby) and some I feel are too mature for either child. I was trying to decide what to do with them, so thought maybe I could exchange them, in another swap.

Nessie, I tried to pm you but your box is full so it couldn't go through. I am checking with Owlvamp regarding your question. Since I am only filling in for her I don't want to answer that question without consulting with her first.

If it was all new people in this month's swap, it wouldn't matter if you swapped them back. But since so many of the same people join every month, someone is going to end up getting the same squares they already got last month if you swap them back again. Since the whole point of doing this swap is to get more squares that are different each time, I wouldn't think it would be a good idea to send back the squares you didn't like. Maybe set them aside and swap them in another swap somewhere else.

marybrace, I would love for you to join in our swap. The more the merrier. It's like Christmas getting your charms in the mail.
