With the regular sets if you do 20 different charms in a set can all 6 sets be the same since there are 20 different charms? This might work well when with I spy fabrics that I do not have a full 1/2 yard of but enough to do 12 charms out of the fabric.

I have a bit of a dilemma. After seeing how quickly some of the swaps fill up, I don't want to cut into my fabric, until I know there's a place in the swap for me. I have two pieces, washed, dried, and ready to cut. A third piece of fabric is a possibility but I would post a picture first, in case it isn't bright enough.

So I guess my question is - are there many slots left, for participants?

I seem to have replied to my own post. Sorry. In a rush!

Neesie come join us. Just pm owlvamp and let her know how many regular sets (up to 6) and how many twists ( up to 6 sets if you do at least 2 regular sets) want to do. also send her your shipping addy. She will send her address. Easy peasy. Also there is a lot of info in the beginning of this thread on the packing and rules. I just signed up for 6 regular sets and 6 twists. I hope you join.

I'll wait until I have them cut (probably tomorrow) and then PM owlvamp and make it official. I have the two sets for sure but will keep looking around, in case something else calls to me!

Sandra, I just sent you a PM. Two sets are cut and in bags. Gonna look around at other fabrics, before deciding whether or not to do more.

Thanks so much, for hosting this swap!

Those are great prints sandi quilts. I was up to 1 am cutting my squares. Now all I have to do is count them again and package them.

I was up late too, when I cut mine... too excited to sleep. They do take time-- all that fussy cutting! Most of mine required the fussy cut.

Mine are in the mail now. Sorry I didn't think to snap a photo of them before sending them off.

I'm new to Quilting Board but I love I Spy swaps and am excited to be a part of this one!

One question about the Twists: can pairs in different twist sets be suplicated, or should each set of for twists be completely different from all fabrics in the other twists? I understand that twist fabric can not duplicate regular set fabric.

Size: 637.6 KBI think I have them ready to mail. Tried really hard to cut 5" exactly. Usually cut mine a thread or two larger for "play" room.

These are what I came up with.

I'm working on an I-spy hexie quilt. Glad to see this swap. I'll cut some sets to see how many I can get. Just to clarify....suppose I have 2 fat quarters and can get 10 squares from each. Can I split the prints like that within a set?

Yes you can duplicate each twist Baggie and these fabric can not be in the original swap.
