I just noticed an error on the original Return with FQ Form I sent Carsey. My apologies. I typed County instead of CountRy. Many of you probably caught the error, but in case some members are translating word for word, I wanted to repost the form with the correct wording.

Please include this form with your Fat Quarters

Exclamation Regarding Potential US Rate Hike Postage issues.

Regarding Potential Postage issues.

In the US we have Forever stamps. They are first class stamps that remain current no matter when you purchased them. In other words I purchased Forever stamps a few years ago at 42 cents each; they were still current when the postage rate went up to 44 cents. They will still be current after the new postage rate hike in January.

I haven't contacted the post office to see if I can place Forever stamps exclusively on my return envelope from the swap. My plan is to go to the (US) Post Office today and ask. I'm hoping the answer is yes. That would take care of the postage hike issue.

I will be including a few Forever stamps with my FQs. They will not be affixed to the return postage. So in the event the postage for my new FQs is too low, Carsey can use the stamps to meet the postage requirements. If the postage is fine she can return the stamps to me. This applies to FQs sent through the US postal service only.

If any of you have already thought of this and the (US) Post Office says it's fine, please let us know.

Thanks! :0)

Regarding my last post, yes you can use Forever stamps as your return postage. I pasted 23 on mine. ;0)

I also insured the return package. Carsey will have to take it to the Post office to have the insurance ticket scanned.

Thumbs up Carsey: I sent my package

Carsey,

I sent my package today. Let me know if it arrives in one piece. For the amount of tape I used, I think I should have shipped it in box. lol

I hope all is well.

As I posted my FQ's way back in September do you want me to fill out this form and e-mail it to you with all my details. I think I put all that in my package but it may get mislaid with all those packages Carsey has been receiving

I mailed my package today. I mailed 20 fat quarters. I sure hope I get some from Japan and other places too. This will be so much fun.

Oh dear, I have been busy making Christmas gifts and have not been reading this post. I did not know we were to include a form. I hope my package is not sent back to me. What should I do? Carsey, do you want me to fill out the form and pm you?
