Today is the last day to sign up for the pincushion/needlecase swap. This will be the last one since nobody has volunteered to take over.

Can I ask what everyone does with their mug rugs. Do you keep them or give as gifts?

Mona this will be my second mug rug swap and I am hooked. I don't know what the others do that have way more then the two I have but I intend to use and decorate with them. I'm thinking they will hang lovely behind all my pin cushions that I collect. I've already made 5 more to give as gifts since the December swap.... and I see no end...lol.

I've only taken part in a couple of swaps and I use them either as mug rugs in the dining room or scissor and unpicker mats beside my sewing machine.
