Lena got it done last night and it's on the way. PO says you should have it on Saturday.

I press the seams open first and then trim the seams to 1/8". When there is a thick seam I will even remove bits of material with tiny snips from intersections, as long as there is enough material left so fraying won't be a problem.
peace

Thanks so much, ube...I just press open...I made a cute little on point heart that finished at 1"...looked great until I sewed it to the adjoining squares...everything is all bumpy now...your seams look so crisp and sharp.

A package in the mail for klaws, arriving Tuesday!! I have never worked on a Valentine quilt but this one made me excite and has my design button running. Made lots of different designs, so I decide I will make one for my secret Santa this year. Maybe she will like it and may want to join our little group here.

I bet it is lj, chilly here yesterday and today but not as cold as Wyoming. They are getting more snow today. You can always come to visit....

I love the passage "A kind heart is a fountain of gladness making everything in it's vicinity to freshen into smiles - Washington Irving." I'm backyard birder so appreciate the photo of the Titmouse. Sneak peek is a great treat.
