As promised here are the photos of the amazing pkg I received from LovingMadisonLouise! The pics explain everything. Lots of Valentine fabrics, books, even homemade pizzles (sp?), love love the apron! How genius that the necklace is attached to the top as part of the apron. A beautiful fabric organizer and so much more! Thank you Gwyn!

My dd married last Saturday to a wonderful guy! I wanted to share this photo with you all since I had mentioned the wedding in the Dec. SP 2014 post that I couldn't sign up for. I present to you Mr. & Mrs. Simms

What a lovely photo quiltnut! Congratulations to them both. This is a traditional Scottish Toast to the happy couple:

May the best ye've ever seen
Be the worst ye'll ever see.
May a moose ne'er leave yer girnal
Wi ' a tear drap in his e'e.
May ye aye keep hale an' herty
Till ye're auld eneuch tae dee.
May ye aye be jist as happy
As we wish ye aye tae be.

*A girnal is a storage chest for meal and oats

Gorgeous packages, everyone!

Quiltnut4ever, what a wonderful and happy day for you. May they be blessed. They are beautiful.

I made the right decision to sit out this month. The attorneys for our flood claim announced that a decision will be made in February and they want all sorts of information -- again. I am ready to pull my hair out! The contents claim is ready to be settled but they said there was a lien on the house! I told them that was impossible since we sold the house and the mortgage was paid off. They never bothered to notify FEMA so now I have to jump through hoops to try to get documentation to prove it. As George Costanza said: "SERENTIY NOW!!!"

Knittete thank you for those wonderful wishes! I copies and pasted it to give to my daughter and of course I will give credit where its due!

Krystyna,
Thank you for the wishes also. The couple is honeymooning in Jamaica!
On another note you have gone through so much during this process of your home that I can feel your frustration. Hang in there because there will be a light at the end of this nightmare! We miss you here!

I received a great package from HAV4BOYS. She included several cuts of fabric in my favourite colours, 3 skeins of coordinating yarn, homemade laundry soap and a hand crocheted scrubbie. Oh, chocolate too, glorious chocolate!
Thank you very much, Kathy.
