After I suggested that Lynnie join in ( I love her) , I decided I'd better join too. Always time to make a new friend.
I'm doing homework- cutting- for my Split Diamond Star class at City Quilter. Yes, I could do it by myself, but the terrific teacher has great tips! A mini quilt will be a fun distraction. I wonder who my partner will be. Dotty/NYC

Yay... hope we ended up with an even number of swappers.
So where's our Fearless Leader? She said she'd have our pairings up this morning. Didn't happen. Hope she didn't get lost on the way to the QB...

OK here we go!
This month is a bit different. The theme is Dealers choice. You can make anything you choose this month! I thought it might be fun however to find out a couple things about your partner and try to incorporate something they will "like", maybe their favorite color or "batiks" You get the gist.
* quick reminder, the only item you are "required" to swap is the mini quilt you make. If you choose to send other gifties it is totally up to you but they are NOT required*

I'm done! worked on it a lot last night b4 I signed up and worked on it a lot today. Not doing to much, got a bit too much sun yesterday, so I finished my mini already. Hope she likes it. a lot of different techniques in it.
o/k., I've been known to rush things, the holidays and stuff, but anyone have any idea what next month is so I can get a jump on it??? don't kick me off , I like it here. I just like to get a jump on things.
