Ube I love your tin frog collection!! I have a few tin animals. I have a tin puppy that has a bobble head and it is adorable. I love unique things like your frogs! I have a couple of frogs that are very unique too tho not tin but a heavier metal.

Haha! I was wondering about that. I am glad you like it. I thought it was fun that it was two-sided.

[QUOTE=ube quilting;8325422]I sew on industrial sewing machines at work and made these to adorn them tomorrow for Veterans Day.

These are so pretty. Good for Veteran’s Day. Are they made of fabric?

Hang on! Mine should arrive sometime next week. I will post a pic when I receive it. Love the display of mini quilts. I hope to get a wall going. How sweet!

Thank you Darcy, yes, they are fabric with iron on interfacing on the back and the parts put together with a dab of glue and a magnet on the back. I just free hand cut the poppies and leaves and a narrow strip of black fabric.

You have to make sure you have a spare bobbin case for it and only it. Load your bobbin with floss by hand. Loosen the screw on the bobbin case to allow for the floss to go through easily. Be careful cause the screw is very small. Insert the bobbin and case into machine. Turn your work upside down and start sewing. That's it.
