Just received my first squishy ever and am so excited. Thank you so much Beachbound. It was perfect. I hope my photo does all the wonderful things justice. You do not know how much I appreciate everything you sent. I am a very new quilter and have not thought about using some of these things yet (like the clips, stencils, etc).

LabFairy, I had fun making the coasters & cards for you! I had to laugh because I had a 5" strip of green fairy fabric left from years ago. I just couldn't throw it away but what do you do with 5"???? Turns out you can make coasters! It was funny trying to get the fairy in the part that showed. If you get into applique you can use the stencils to cut out flowers too. I am so glad the package made you smile :)

Beachbound, you didn't know it but destiny was making you hold on to that fairy fabric for the nerdy new kid on the block. I loved it. I'm still trying to figure out how you made those coasters. I don't think I am ever going to get my act together to be that coordinated.

I wish I could post a pic of all of my goodies from Pat in TN--don't know her screen name. I got some 30's FQ's, a Quick Quilts magazine, sugar free lifesavers & werther's candies, the cutest americana fabric "fire crackers", a seam ripper, needles on a singer sewing magnet all wrapped up in cute flowery wrapping paper with a pretty card. I LOVE it!! Thanks Pat.

Thank you Thank you my secret pal crawford1219 for my wonderful gifts. Oh and the much much needed needles that I always seem to forget about buying for myself. Love my 4th of July fabric pack and the fat quarters. And Reeses Pieces.....mmmm mmmmm mmmmm. And the curved saftey pins are just what I needed. Was pinning something last week and did not have enough...perfect and my favorite size too. I just LOVE getting surprises... :)

Here's the link to the coasters! I found it here, of course!!! They are soooo easy to make & a great way to use up 5" squares. The hardest part for me was remembering to keep the fold to the middle when I wanted the design on the other side.
