I received my SP package today, it is wonderful. LindaC out did herself. I was so surprise, my package arrived all the way from Ireland. I received lovely fabrics, a Irish ornament, Irish caramels, a Irish Food Magazine, thread, a notepad, a pattern, a charm, a neat basket for holding my supplies, scissors... Thank you again Linda for such a nice package. You really made my day.

My 83 year old mom lives alone in FL and I am worried about her. I appreciated hearing how inland is a little safer, although she is on a lake/canal and the water is really rising. She said she may have to go to a motel. I also worry about the water snakes getting into her mobile home. I am praying for all of you in Florida. Do what it takes to be safe. She lives in the Tavares, Eustis area about an hour north and slightly east of Orlando. The shuttle passes over her house when landing at the Space Center. Anybody know that area?

off topic alert: for those of you who said they have yet to run into one of those good yard/garage/estate sale fabric deals here is a decent one and this seller is even willing to ship it.

Here is a photo of the wonderful goodies I received from mizkyp. I love everything, especially the hexagon template as I love hexies. The cut out triangles also include a pattern for a bag, my other passion. The chocolate has disappeared. You really excelled at sending me everything that I like. Thank you so much for such a great surprise package.

Came in to work this morning only to be met with downpours here and strong winds. SharonAnne not familiar with that area but your mom is in my prayers. I totally understand about canals, our boat is right at the edge of the seawall. With high tide we're expected to have over 4 ft. so I pray that when I get home the boat is safe. Not to mention that I hope it does cease so that we can pull the boat out. Most of the boat ramps are closed and we have to move out by the 30th!
