OK...to post a picture you can NOT use the "QUICK REPLY" down below. Instead pick this message and hit the button that just says "REPLY". Now...write your message and see where it says "BROWSE" below? Hit that and it will let you pick your photo from your computer. Now this is VERY important....once you do that DO NOT HIT PREVIEW! If you hit "PREVIEW" your photo will not show up. Just hit "SEND" and that should do it.
