Pat very nice pic. I love the colors of the train against the bright white snow.

Pat we are suppose to have in the 50's all week. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy lol.. We did get more snow and ice a few days ago, but mostly melted now.

I get to go see my dad tomorrow.

All of you are making such beautiful pincushions, and needle cases.

We had at least 3 bluejays in the backyard early this morning. It was a pleasure to see them!
Bluejays & cardinals are my favorite birds, but I love the little guys as well!

Nice photo, nhnative!

I'm glad to see that the weather is starting to warm up for all of you up North. It has been a long and very cold winter for you. I hope everyone enjoys the sunshine!

Thank you you so much, Mary. I love the whole set and where did you get those itty bitty scissors!!!! LOL

also we've had flocks of Robins which are not indigenous to our area, so, it's the first sign of Spring!!!!!! My favorite time of the year. Hope everyone stays warm and healthy!!!!

quiltjoey what a wonderful package you received from Mary. I love the zippered pouch and the needlecase is very unique. Mary, where did you get the pattern for the needlecase?

Quiltjoey you got a great swap from Mary. Mary always has a great package. Everything is just so nice. Love the socks. And a special printed candy holder. Everyone has such different St. Pat's fabric.
Every once in awhile I see a bluebird in the National Park. The Blue Herons have come back to their nesting place but in the past 2 years they have lost 2 big trees with their nests in them so now they are going to other places along the river. The next birds to arrive are the turkey vultures. They are supposed to come on March 15 and everyone makes a big deal of it but I've already seen one. I love the cardinals the best. Can't take credit for the train pic as I got it on Facebook but this is what I took yesterday. I'm planning on getting out my swap by Wed. It was supposed to be today but things happen in between.
Everyone have a great day

What a lovely swap package! I agree, I love seeing all the different green/St. Pattys fabric everyone has!

nhnative- what I a a nice photo of the train! I love trains on a white snowy background. I've got one of the train that goes to Denali in Alaska that we took while we were snowshoeing there last winter. They make such cool photos with the contrast of nature and machine.
