Todays mail bought me my postcard swap from Judith. What a wonderful package to receive, I am feeling very fortunate and lucky to be the receiver of the postcard she has created as well as such lovely fabric, braid, ribbon and fancy buttons. I know I will have much pleasure using then to create something wonderful. Alost the beautiful matching Daisy / Gerbera that adorned the package.
Judith, your postcard creation is wonderful and I would never have guessed it as I am not familiar with the song, but I enjoyed listening to it on U-tube. Your explanation on the back of the postcard is very informative and I enjoyed reading it, I love it!
Ladies, have fun guessing Judith's song.

Oh Judith that's lovely and mysterious. How many guesses do I get...
At first I thought of 'Warmth of the Sun' by the Beach Boys...
then while I was listening to that, inspiration struck: is it "Summer Wind" by Frank Sinatra?

In related news, cuppy sent me this delightful postcard, and should be getting mine tomorrow.
I am a big fan of this singer as well...I am so pleased with it. Look how the white on white fabric looks iridescent, glowing...

Betty J -- that's what I thought, too, when I saw those boots! What were those boots called, anyway? There was a particular name for them, at least in my neck of the woods. Hmmmm ...
