I got my package in the mail today. It will be delivered Monday. Tell Toto to watch for the UPS man, but no biting!

What size the pkg is or is not doesn't matter. If it was more important than the chance to get to know a new friend or enjoy an already friend then I shouldn't be in the swap.

My expectations are that I will do my best to send out something I hope my SP will like and what I receive is just fine regardless. I enjoy the conversation and the fun!!
I agree with you 100% It is about the friends you make here.
I agree. I am just thankful that this is something i can be in and connect with other people like me. For me-destashing your stuff is great. Old magazines, books, fabrics, anything. This month was so very, very nice. On the 11th it was the 2nd anniversary of my daughter's tragic, sudden passing and I received my package. It felt sooo good that my sp put so much thought into my gift and it arrived on a day when the tears would have been so easy but I was able to smile instead. I cannot thank anyone enough who heads up any of these swaps. You let some of us who would be sad a reason to smile instead!

I know Mary.....aren't they nice? I am hoping to make a small sampler quilt starting with this black/white with red block. And the pin cushion jar is too cute and I needed a new one. The latch broke on the pin box I have been using recently. The timing is amazing to me. These SP swaps are so fun! This is only the 2nd one that I have done. I can hardly wait until next month.

I finally got my squishy in the mail today. I'm sorry it got mailed so late. Fortunately my SP is only two states away. Now I could drive there in less than 9 hours, but it will probably take a little longer for the mail.

Wow, I am a first timer for SP swap. This has been so much, I know my SP has been looking each day for her package, not to worry it went out on the 11th it just has many boarders to cross as it heads east.
Everyone's packages have been awesome, so much thought put into them.
I have already started collecting items for June's SP so I only have to customize it once I know who my SP will be.

I am purposily staying away from this thread. Don't want to get caught up wondering if and when ill get a squishy. The antisipation is killer!
Doesn't matter what is in it, Just knowing it is for you, for no other reason than to show you care.
I am not going to join you on the bench.... Think I will go pace over here, oh so quietly, soI can hear the postman walking.... LOL

I have enjoyed reading the SP swaps over the last few months. You ladies seem to have so much fun hunting and shopping. Perhaps next month i might have to join in all this fun.
