Silly me, I thought they needed to go into the flat rate envelopes from the post office...time to save some $$$.

It was a fun block to make. The block I made for quiltingnonie is called California.
Both blocks are beautiful, love the colors

There is just a slight problem you will have to be aware of. I talked with my postmaster about the .44 options to send mine and she said the only problem is those will go through the machine and will have a much larger chance getting torn up in the machine because of the bulkiness of the envelope. The 1.22 option with a larger envelope do not go through the machine so is a much safer option. Just an idea for everyone with that is all.

Man, did I get two beauties in the mail today. I'm doing extra swaps with a few of you and check these out. We just decided to do extras about four days ago and if I didn't tell them what I wanted, I would say they have a box of completed 12 1/2" blocks on hand (LOL). And I'm posting a third block which is one that I did a couple of days ago for the Row Robin swap - great minds think alike. same block, different color and position of squares. Check it out!

and my black and white from toriabelle, and thank you

And my row robin block -

My funky house from PokaDiva, thank you

If the person you are doing the swap with is close to you it is cheaper I paid 82 cents to send blocks from FL to SC. But then I paid 1.35 to send blocks to Oregon. I pay 80 cents for 6 smaller yellow envelops.
