Some are March. Some are Feb. Some people get behind and so sometimes they just get posted late. Since you just joined, you technically have all month to make yours. Some people are just anxious and live near each other so they come right away.

Some of us are a bit obsessive about this swap, and I, along with many others, have already mailed our assigned and extra swaps. Some are working on February. We try to mail within the month we are assigned, but sometimes life gets in the way and they go out the next month.
