Love the orange and yellow, it would have gone great with my orange and yellow quilt.

What pattern is that? Those are so beautiful. Love the colors in both.

A clean house is the sign of an empty mind, a house has to be done again tomorrow, but hand work last for ever.

Shirley, I don't know the name of the block Ellie sent me, but I like it too. The one I sent her is called Skewed Block, Quilter's Cache. Maybe someone will recognize the other one and name it for us.. Thanks for all your comments, I think they're neat too.

Both of these blocks are very pretty..

How much glittery purple do you need? I know I have some left from a project, but not sure how much is there.

Maybe I need to send you a snowglobe block to make you feel better. I have 2 of the new santas done and one to go and will send them all at the same time.
    All the best.

We're supposed to hit 50 here by the end of the weekend!! We skipped straight from september to april weather! It's craziness. We finally got a few inches of snow on the ground Monday - and dd snowman is already almost melted away.

    My beautiful block from Chrickett

This is just perfect, since it has sunflowers so it can go into an ALS quilt. Yours is in the mail.

I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

I love the swap. I have only not received 1 block but that is OK. I love all the blocks I've received. The one thing I miss is seeing what everyones theme is so I can pick some one who is up for extra swaps and I think I can handle their requests! Plus it gives me ideas on other themes I hadn't thought of. It's all part of the sharing that I love about the board but miss with the 'new board'. It's nice to see who all are in a swap ( I don't think that's proper english )

Thanks for the responses to my request for feedback - will welcome more, please. . .
I may be able to post a list the participants and their themes as a topic in the Group section, relying on participants to keep me up to date. I'll work on that one.
My hope is that with participants now connecting with each other to share swap information that the "no-show" rate will go down. If anyone has other suggestions on how to decrease this problem, please share. . .
Thanks, everyone, for sharing your time & talents & smiles!
