A big thank you to Rusty's Mama for the beautiful block she sent me, she did a lovely job of the block. She also sent me a great quilt pattern and sweet card.
Thank you so much Lois

This am I am sitting here being frugal with my thread and using up all the small amounts left on my bobbins before I refill them all again. How far can I get out of whats left on a bobbin when my machine signals "Almost Out!". Well today I sewned 1 starflower block complete and the componants to do three more with what was left on a bobbin. Thinking to myself & wondering how many miles does my car have when it signals I am almost empty, have any of you ever tried this out, If so how many? LOL

Well my machines don't warn me about almost empty bobbins so I don't know about that.
I have one truck that will go 3-4 days at least of running back and forth to the school on E without running out. The other truck is pretty close now - but it used to run out when it said it you had about 60 miles left. I still get nervous as soon as the light comes on in that one...

I do too! After coffee this morning I will start on my list of blocks to get caught up... although I have to go to Walmart today to find some lace for Robert. (I knew there was a reason I needed to go there yesterday, but I didn't get my coffee! so it was a muddled day)
