Monthly Quilting Bee-Version lll

Oksewnsew: have you been able to get an updated list on what each requests? I know it's best to contact your partner but the list would at least give us a 'heads up' of what to expect to be making for others.
Just asking…..

No I haven't. I asked some time back for everyone to post on here what their themes were, even if it's 'whatever', but only a few responded. IF everyone will just post right here what their theme is, I will get a list going. Please do not post a PM, fills up the box too fast. ;o) Get this going ladies/gents and I will get a list set up.. Thanks.

I may be one of the "baddies" who failed to answer you, OKsewnsew -- sorry! My themes are 1. music (inspired by music, notes, sheet music, instruments especially band instruments); and 2. kitties. I also am starting to collect stars, because of my name.

I am working with two themes. I will be happy no matter which one I receive. They are only numbered to separate them, not because I want one more than the other.
- My first theme is "Irises". They can be embroidery, applique, or just iris fabric. Feel free to make any block you choose that somehow incorporates irises!
- My second theme is Marcia Hohn's Depression Block from Quilters' Cache. http://www.quilterscache.com/D/DepressionBlock.html Please do the Depression Block in scrappy lights and darks if you choose this option.

My theme is red and a crisp white. Tone on tone is fine just not beige, taupe or off white. Also the red could be a red and white print as well. Not too picky about it but I was thinking a two color quilt would be really neat.
