Try an Army/Navy surplus store, they have items from all branches of the Armed Forces.

If you live anywhere near a base you might check a dry cleaners. I had a friend who once owned a dry cleaners near a base and she did many uniforms. She often had to replace buttons so she always had a stash on hand. That was long ago but it might be a source for you. Good luck.

If you could find out who mends or alters their uniforms that person/place would probably have some. My step-son is Army and I know he has one particular lady he takes his uniforms to when they need mending or altered. And seeings as how they have to repair/replace their uniforms every now and then, I think they get to keep them since the cost does come of out of their pocket.
