That block looks like it was a difficult one to be learning how to PP on. You must have done a great job Tuesy!

Klue... Thank you. ..but those blocks must've taken the fast train.. they sure did get their fast..

I see what you're saying... which would also make it easier to sew the seams on them because there would be no paper.. Makes sense now...hope they're not to much paper left on them..

Your block looks beautiful!! Thank you for explaining it. I do like PP and want to do more so this will help me alot.

sandpat... I don't know about doing a great job, just did what I could and hoped and prayed alot..cause those little buggers were really p*ssing me off!! :roll:

Really cool block Klue! I had to do that with J4 to get the seams to match. Once you figure that out it works slick!

you did an awesome job! there isn't a lot of paper trapped don't even worry about it - everyone will love the blocks.

i was paper piecing for months before i realized i could take the paper off the seam sections so it wouldn't get trapped - thats one of the downsides with being self taught - it takes a little longer to pick up on the little things.
