I got my SS.....and guess what? It's a girl! LOL. I am ready for this. I have more fun shopping for this venture than I do shopping for my own family. I guess the fun is in getting something for someone that is unexpected and appreciated and sometimes I think my kids just 'expect'! On the flip side, I am one who really did not leave hints and thought like everyone else I would drop 'hints' here! I hope whoever got my name checks in from time to time! I don't want to be in the 'naughty' corner (well maybe I do -- they seem to have a good ole time there and I think Dreamer is the ring-leader!

YES!!! I have my SS, so excited, gonna get started.
I love hand made items and don't mind recylced either.
I went to the PO today so desided to get a medium flat rate and boy have they shrunk so much in size, but price didn't go down with it???

here are some hints to help my SS: I was away from quilting for about 15 yr 'cause life got in the way. Now I am trying to get my stash built back up. I am finding that I like the modern look in quilting. that is it for now. by the way what is the special in the hole.

I was away for a day and a half and it took me nearly 2 hours to catch up. I have my ss and can't wait to go shopping. I didn't include much in my info for likes (I'm a shy newbie) So here I go: I could use that fabric calculater, those pretty buttons, fabric that is bright and cheery. I have a Bernina, I hand embroider, I don't need a twisty tool, love patterns and anything handmade. I hope this helps my secret santa a bit.

Well did some stalking this morning and found out some things on my SS. Hope she likes the things I have planned so far. Clues will come later. Just home from a meeting at school and a visit to a friends house. While at the friends house I look at some machines that were given to her by a local club here that didnt need them anymore. I hit the jackpot for my two boys that are planning 4-H projects. I got them a new machine. It was free. Well I cant really say its all for them. I think I will be making this my travel machine so my computerized baby can stay at home safe and sound. Either way all of us will benefit. It is my pleasure to introduce the newest member of our family. I think Ill let the boys name it. LOL

So now that you have been intorduced. To the person that has my name for SS. Our newest member could use a few things. Havent priced them yet so dont know if they are in the spending limit or not but here it goes just in case.
1. 1/4 foot
2. walking foot
3. quilting foot for FMQ
4. extra bobbins, almost certain its a class 15
5. extension table, that one is most def. probably out of the range.
Now time to go play for a bit and get it set up for the boys for when they get home. I am so excited.
