I'm a little concerned. My tracking says my package was delivered to my SS. I see she has not posted anything on here since September. Guess I will wait and see is she participates in the opening of our packages.

I'll bring my pumpkin cheesecake, it's so rich you can't eat but just a small slice at a time though.

Well good morning fellow Santas! Yesterday proved I don't need hubby at home for everything! My kitchen sink clogged, had to take the elbow off to unclog it. But the faucet gave out & I had to replace it too! Off to the hardware store, bought it, came home, called hubby to find out what tools I needed & gotter done! Who says men are the only ones that can do plumbing! Only hitch to it was hubby told me the wrong lines to connect & I had the hot & cold reversed, so had to switch them to the correct ones! Everything is right as rain now!!

Today's hint: I see you've once had a New York state of mind!

I just found the answer to my own inquiry..Thanksgiving is the 4th Thursday of November and not the last Thursday.
It can be as early as the 22nd when there are 5 Thursdays in the month of November…..this year is one of the latest dates.
I really thought somewhere that I had read that the holiday had been moved to the 3rd.Thursday…….wrong again !!!!!

Cindy, be careful, now that your husband knows how handy you can be he may never make another home repair! I felt so proud of my self when I changed the water supply system in one toilet that was leaking and when I mentioned to my husband that we had a second toilet leaking at the very same spot he just said you'd better work on that one too! Seems our 8 year old toilets poop out at the same time!

Unless she just received it, maybe you should ask Terri if your SSee has contacted her, about its arrival. If the tracking shows it was just recently delivered, there's always the chance your SSee may be out of town and hasn't seen it, yet.

Sorry she hasn't joined us, in the fun part of the swap. I would do a search on her name, to see if she's posting to other threads. Maybe that'll give you a clue, as to whether or not she's still around.

Now you know what a Honey pot is.
When I was a child, we had relatives in the country, with outhouses. Being the tomboy I was, I thought it was kinda cool. The 'chamber pots' were kept under the beds, for nighttime.
