If you haven't read Patrice's message -- the Board will be down on Monday the 6th. Most of the problems will be addressed by the time the Board is back up sometime on Monday.

Another option for pictures is using an image hosting service like Flikr or Imgur.
You load your picture on a free photo service and then you get a link which you post here.

Thanks, Rhonda, for the picture guidance. I haven't had a need to post a picture yet so I was going to test your steps. I think IPAD function is different since there is no "manage attachments". Before the board upgrade, that is how I always posted but it is not available now through my IPAD. I've tried thenpaperclip, as well, and it does not work from my IPAD. I read somewhere that, if I edit my post, I can add a picture but I tried that, as well, and no go. I'll keep playing and waiting. Hopefully there will be a fix.

Well if you are on a computer not a phone or Ipad you can click on the paperclip and add a pic as QuiltNan said. But I can't do it on my phone.
I joined the Board in 2009 and this is the 3rd time(if I remember right but I'm often wrong LOL) the Board has been changed since then. It really isn't that hard to figure out. Things might be in different places but i"m sure you'll get used to it. I've gone around and found most things. It just takes a bit of exploring to get your bearings. I think it's kind of fun to get a new look and exciting to find how things work. I"ve seen this type of set up before and it has it's advantages.

Default Do not use a picture hosting site to post pics to the QB

This is not a good idea because if the original pic is moved or deleted, the pic disappears from the QB

Today, I finished a quilt top and started designing WH to give me a bit of creative break. I have every I need and can't share a picture but, as soon as I can, I'll share pic of supplies before I start hacking into it.

Well, I finished my wall hanging and sent pm. Doesn't look to bad. I tried some free motion template quilting but mostly used my walking foot to quilt it. Used 30's fabric with white background, made a Mariner's compass using paper piecing. Not hard to do as long as you get the fabric colors in the right spot. Sure hope whoever gets it will like it.

Good luck to everyone else. Looking forward to seeing your pics.
