Nonnie4....so glad you liked the 'not a turkey'...and yes, I did simply put right sides together and then turn...better known (I think) as the 'birthing' method. Seems to work better sometimes...especially on smaller projects.

This has been a fun exchange month. So many cute and creative mug rugs! It was fun to actually meet my partner in person.. the first live exchange I've done. Happy Fall and Thanksgiving to all!

How nice to be able to see you two cute ladies, Cuppy and mpepperm37! Great to be able to put faces with board names. The mug rugs are great.

letsquilt, I’m happy you like the mug rug I made. I didn’t know you collected turkeys... sweet! I took some pics too and will post mine since you are having trouble.

Surprise! My mug rug was in today's mail! I laughed when I saw it because apparently, great minds had been thinking alike! (letsquilt and I were both making dresden turkeys for each other.)

I love it, letsquilt! So cute, and I love all the beautiful fabrics in it. The two mug rugs we made each other are really quite different, just a common concept.

Thank you letsquilt, for a cheery mug rug I will use every Fall!
