Yep. This is the compromise of what I wanted to do with what could get approved. We will be a trial run to see if they will allow more to go through. They were thinking of stopping swaps altogether.

Will we still be having the Secret Pal Swaps in 2011 in addition to this swap?

I doubt it. They wanted to stop all the swaps. This was only approved after four to five emails going back and forth to tweak it.
