We just had our North Texas Quilt Festival this last weekend and boy am I tired!!! I am the president of the Arlington guild and it was an amazing show. So much work goes into this show and I am glad we have a year to prepare for the next one.

Got some good news this week, the PET scan came back and they didn't find anymore cancer. That was a relief for sure. Have a pre surgery and pre chemo appts. today, in the morning surgery to implant the port for chemo. I start chemo and radiation on Monday morning. That will be my daily schedule for the next 6 weeks then hopefully it will be gone. Looking forward to the new clue so I can hopefully sew a little bit. I haven't taken a pic but I do have the other steps done. Have a great day ladies, suppose to be in the high 80's here today, perfect weather.... |
